OPEN A
PACK
Five cards, turned over one at a time. Every card is a slice of the HOOD10 index — all ten seats, in kind — and what makes one rare is simply how much of it you got for what it cost. At or under is COMMON, up to 2x is UNCOMMON, up to 4x is RARE, and past 4x is EPIC. Every pack is guaranteed one card above its card price.
PICK A PACK
One signature for the whole batch. The draw seals in about 2s, then the packs open one after another.

WHAT IS ON A CARD
Always the same ten seats, always in index proportion. A rare card is not a different basket, it is a bigger one — which is the point: a pack is a way to start holding the index, not a way to collect one lucky token.

WHAT IS IN A PACK
Every pack is three common slots, one uncommon slot and one hit slot. The hit slot cannot deal at or below what a card cost, so every pack contains at least one card worth more than you paid for it. The ladder is priced in multiples of a card, which is why the rarity of a rung is the same in a $50 pack and a $5,000 one.

WHY YOU CAN BELIEVE THE PULL
There is no VRF on Robinhood Chain and Arbitrum reports a constant for prevrandao, so this machine had to bring its own randomness. It is a sealed-seed beacon, and it takes about 2 seconds end to end.
- 01
THE SEEDS ARE SEALED FIRST
Before any of these draws existed, the operator committed one Merkle root over a whole block of secret seeds. The root fixes which seed serves which draw. There is no assignment left to choose and no seed that can be substituted — a different one fails the proof.
- 02
YOU ENTER A DRAW THAT IS ALREADY DECIDED, AND NOBODY CAN READ IT
Your pack joins whichever draw is open. The seed behind it is fixed but secret, so you cannot predict it; the block hash it will be mixed with does not exist yet, so neither can anyone holding a leaked seed list.
- 03
THE DRAW CLOSES AND ITS MIXING HASH IS FROZEN
One L2 block after the window shuts, the close block's hash is recorded against the draw. From that instant the outcome is fully determined and completely unchangeable. Sealing is permissionless and pays a bounty, and the next player's entry does it for free.
- 04
THE SEED IS PUBLISHED, AND YOU CAN CHECK IT
The reveal carries the seed and its proof. Anyone can recompute keccak(seed, blockHash, drawId), walk it through the published weights slot by slot, and land on the same five cards the contract paid you — the front end deals your pack exactly that way, before settlement lands.
A draw that was sealed and then not revealed inside the window defaults, and every pack in it deals the best card every one of its slots offers. The operator knew the answer and sat on it, so the house pays the maximum. That is not a promise to sue over: the inventory was already locked, because a pack reserves exactly that outcome from the moment it is bought.
Then no cards were ever computable by anyone, operator included, so there was nothing to withhold. The draw voids and every purchase refunds in full. Voids should be vanishingly rare, which is why the counter above is public: a machine that voids draws is a machine to walk away from.
